GAM LIVE ULTRA
1 It would cuts in and out whenever I start a game on the xbox
1) Please contact us and tell us your order number so that we can help you solve it.
2) Please confirm whether the interface of your computer is USB3.0, the USB3.0 interface is usually blue. Please try to connect the USB C cable to other USB3.0. (Make sure you remove all the equipment and scenes of the original OBS first)
3) If it still cannot be resolved. please try to replace the USB 3.0 cable and reconnect the computer and the capture card again. You can usually use the original data cable of your phone. (Make sure you remove all the equipment and scenes of the original OBS first)
2 Worked once. Then couldn't get it to work again

3 The machine appears HDCP and cannot be turned off (PS3)
1) Please check if your game console supports turning off the HDCP. Under normal circumstances, PS4 and above or xbox that can support turning off HDCP, and there is a setting in our controller to turn off it. However, if you playing PS3 or below, it can not turning off the HDCP.
2) If you don't have one on your setting, you may only buy a HDMI splitter with HDCP decoding function. This is usually within 10-15 dollars.
4 The captured audio is super low. Can't hear anything.
Game consoles - GAM LIVE - Use Mic cable to connect the Mic port of the computer - add "Audio Input Capture" in OBS. Then, double click "Audio Input Capture" and choose "Microphone Realtek High Definition Audio"
5 The captured video/picture is very dim/ blurred
Open OBS - Click Files - Click Settings - Find Output Option - Find Recording - Recording Quality - Choose“High Quality、Indistinguishable or Lossless Quality”
6 You only can choose 1280*720 or lower resolution in the resolution option.
Did you use the old UCEC Video capture or any other video capture device before?
If yes, you need to uninstall GAM LIVE and their driver and replug GAM LIVE to your computer. Please check Device Manager to make sure you only can see“UCEC HD Video Capture”
